The Wire is one of those great shows you can catch on TV late at night, and you expect it to be on when nothing else is. The Wire is a drama series about life in Baltimore, Maryland. You have the ongoing battles between the gangs and the police. The battle is told from both sides of the story, from the gangs and the police. The show deals with how everyone lives together in this one city and it doesn’t matter who you are, you are always compromised. The show was created, primarily written and produced by David Simon, who was at one time a police reporter. The show has had too many directors to name.
